In a true collaborative spirit, the pre-award teams and dedicated colleagues assisting with funding applications united to exchange valuable insights and discuss challenges and solutions around the application process to the upcoming FCT funding calls. Two calls are open until the 16^th of February: scientific research and technological development projects (IC&DT) as well as exploratory projects (PeX). With an overall budget of 140 million euros and anticipated backing for over 880 research projects, these calls introduce the simplified cost methodology for the first time.
