Dear LS4FUTURE Community,
We are pleased to invite you to an LS4FUTURE Online Informative Session on April 8th at 2:00 PM (Lisbon time) via Zoom, featuring key bioinformatics services and solutions from BGI Group.
BGI Spatial Transcriptomics technology and bioinformatics tools
📅 Date & Time: April 8, 2025, 2:00 PM (Lisbon time)
📍 Location: Online via Zoom
This session will include two insightful presentations:
🔹 Stereo-seq: Unleashing the Total RNA Spatial Multi-Omics Profiles for All Sample Types
📢 Javier Batista Perez, PhD, MGI
STOmics’ Stereo-seq technology is a cutting-edge spatial omics platform that enables unbiased total RNA analysis with nanoscale resolution. Recent updates enhance its capabilities, particularly in working with FFPE and fresh frozen samples, expanding the scope of clinical and research applications.
🔹 Accelerating Multi-Omics with Advanced Bioinformatics Solutions
📢 Milos Radonjic, PhD, BGI Research, Serbia
This talk will introduce DCS Cloud, a powerful bioinformatics platform designed for efficient, scalable, and collaborative spatial transcriptomics and multi-omics data analysis. Additionally, BGI’s Bioinformatics Consultancy services provide tailored support to optimize workflows and maximize research insights.
