This in-person, two-day event will empower researchers with employability skills (applicable both for academic and non-academic jobs) through two workshops:
📌 Identifying Skills, CV & Cover Letter Writing (14 April)
Receive tools on how to identify your transferable skills, how to further develop them, and learn how they can potentially be applied in different professional contexts. Be guided through key aspects to consider on writing an appealing CV for academic and non-academic jobs.
📌 Job Interview preparation (15 April, including Mock interviews).
Workshop focused on the basic steps of preparing for a job interview for academic and non-academic jobs (pre-interview). Receive tips to excel on the interview (during the interview) and to make sure you convince the employer that you are the right person for the job, and finally to know what you can do (and shouldn’t do) after an interview.
We invite all LS4FUTURE members to join this event, particularly PhD Students and Post-Docs. Registrations are free but mandatory. Secure your place by registering here until April 7th.
During registration, please select the sessions that you would like to attend: Morning Sessions (10h00-13h00) or Afternoon Sessions (14h30-17h30). Please note that registrations are limited (max. of 20 participants in each session) and will be welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis.
